    St. Andrew's by-the-Sea is looking for an energetic leader to help us maintain our integrated approach to children's ministries, both on Sunday mornings and beyond. Our community values a truly cross-generational parish and honors the unique part in community life that children play. We see children as ministers alongside the adult members of our community, participating in liturgy, service, and fellowship. We treasure our relationship with St Andrew’s Preschool. The Interim Family Minister at St. Andrew’s will be an organized, creative thinker, a strong collaborator, and a positive and clear communicator. The Family Minister reports directly to the Rector who serves as supervisor.

  • Temporary Parish Musician

    St. Andrew’s by-the-Sea is seeking a temporary parish musician whose primary responsibility is to sing and provide music for a weekly Episcopal church service on Sundays at 10:30 am. The church musician is a paid, part-time staff position. The objective of this position is to nurture the community’s worship and prayer life through music.


    St. Andrew’s welcomes and encourages diversity of musical styles. Our community rates music as very important to our spiritual life, and participates in singing to the best of their abilities. St. Andrew’s has a vibrant music team who contribute their gifts of singing, playing guitar, bass, drums, recorder, and other instruments to the service.  The person in this position would be responsible for selecting music for Sunday services, collaborating with volunteer musicians, and leading congregational singing at one service per week and holiday services.

    St. Andrew’s by-the-Sea Episcopal Church and Preschool is a vibrant, growing community of faith committed to radical inclusion, grounded curiosity, loving justice, and joyful authenticity. We seek an Interim Parish Administrator to oversee the office of the church and support its various ministries. The Parish Administrator will serve as the point of contact for visitors, community members, and parishioners. The Parish Administrator will be a reliable team player who helps bridge the mission of the church and day-to-day operations. 


    Under the supervision of the Rector, the Parish Administrator will manage and coordinate church administrative matters, and will work closely with church staff and members in coordinating ministries of the church.
