core values
We are a welcoming, multicultural, and inclusive community that has room for all and that embraces questions about faith and life. We affirm and celebrate all people regardless of ethnicity, sexual orientation, economic status, or belief. When people describe St. Andrew's they use words like: 'welcome,' 'relaxed,' 'accepting.' We believe that a church is a community that embraces the uniqueness of each individual. Our core values are:
joyful authenticity
radical inclusion
grounded curiosity
loving justice
The Rev. Mary Lynn Coulson
Rector (Lead Priest)
Mary Lynn grew up in Kansas City, Missouri, so she appreciates great barbecue and fireflies. The rolling plains and big skies of the Midwest cultivated in her a love of learning, art, nature and spirituality. She is married to David Tremaine, and they have two sons: George and Frederick.
Absalom Jones Episcopal Center for Racial Healing
the work of the church
The mission of the Absalom Jones Center is to provide tools and experiences that allow faith communities – and the larger community of individuals – to engage in dismantling racism through education, prayer, dialogue, pilgrimage,
and spiritual formation.
