This year’s scripture selections are designed to help children realize that the Bible is filled with wisdom that can guide them throughout their lives. We start with hearing that God’s word is a lamp to our feet. We are reminded that Jesus taught us how to pray and that the simple instructions of seeking justice, loving kindness, and walking humbly with God can keep us grounded in our faith.
Over the course of the week, campers will pray together, sing together, develop patience with each other and themselves, and explore the glorious goodness of God. Through each day’s practice, they will consider how their very life and breath is Praise.
